Ingrédients
- 1 litre de vin rouge (Bordeaux)
- 200 grammes de sucre en morceaux
- 2 orange(s)
- 25 cl d'eau
Comment le réaliser ?
- Cuisson
- Verre utilisé : Cocktail
- Frotter les morceaux de sucre sur le zeste des oranges.
- Ajouter le vin, le jus des oranges et 25 cl d'eau bouillante.
- Porter à ébullition.
